Spread across 10,000 sq. ft.
FDA approved more than 5,000 sq. ft. R.C.C. production unit
Adherence to the cGMP/ ISO/ FDA standards of manufacturing
All manufacturing and filling areas maintained with Temperature and Humidity of 25°C and 65%RH (Controlled Room Temperature) with epoxy coating and all walls of production area are covered with glaze tiles, which ensures cleanliness and hygiene.

Separate man and material entry air locks for each manufacturing area as well as filling rooms.
Segregation of every critical processing activity in each zone, to avoid cross-contamination
Hi-tech R&D laboratory setup for product innovation, testing and stability.
CCTV camera setup throughout the factory for complete safety and security.

Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE’s) for respective zones, areas to avoid contamination and maintained the product quality through-out the production area.
Separate water lines for Purified water and De-mineralization water for both production unit and R&D unit.
Fully computerized individual/ separate office administrative building with latest communication facilities along with server room.
